How did it all start?

It all started during the spring 2018, I was in a period in my life where I just moved back to my apartment at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen from travelling the east coast of Australia for 5 weeks and I didn’t know what was next. One day I was in a tile-store in Helsingør and here I saw a wall with the amazing glass mosaic in beautiful pastel colors and immediately I was driven over to the wall. Back at my apartment I had a boring wooden dresser which I for a while was thinking on painting or something. I got the idea of gluing the beautiful glass mosaic on my boring dresser. I researched if anybody had done it before, but I couldn’t find anything – so I started.

During my internship in, I focused on creating my eye candy universe on Instagram and got inspired to make more colorful pieces. Today all my five products are sold.

Why glass mosaic?

From the first moment I saw the pastel glass mosaic tiles in Helsingør tile-store I was amazed with the texture, and how it was shining so differently depending on which angle you saw the tiles from. Glass mosaic makes me so happy and I really see so many opportunities with the material.

How do you approach sustainability as an interior designer?

I only choose vintage interior, which inspires me to design and create new beautiful pieces, and to give old interior new and beautiful life.
